After your paper is accepted for publication, you will be sent an acceptance email.
You then must submit your final paper according to the following guidelines:
-
Prepare your final paper in two-column format according to the sample Word document.
The easiest way to do this is simply to download this template and replace the content with
that of your manuscript.
Regardless of how you prepare your formatting, your final submission must conform exactly to
the guidelines of the sample document.
-
Check all of the figures, tables, pictures and other non-text items for readability.
The best way to do this is to print them directly from the version of the paper you plan to submit
and then try to read them. If you cannot easily read them, then neither can anyone else.
At this point, you must adjust them as necessary so that they can easily be read.
-
Review the copyright transfer agreement.
-
Pay the publication fee.
-
Email your correctly formatted paper to: philipw@bgsu.edu and editor@ijeri.org.
-
Upon receipt of your final paper, the IJERI staff will edit it and send you the intended edits.
If, at that point, you do not agree with any or all of the edits, you may request that certain
edits not be made or remove your paper from the publication process altogether.
